Reception

The series was nominated for a BAFTA Television Award in 2014.[1]

Before the show had even aired the name "undatedables" was met with controversy. The idea that people with physical or mental disabilities were considered "undateable" was branded "offensive" and "horrible" by Doctors and Twitter users. A spokesmen for the show later claimed the title was actually a reflection of what the public thinks, not the show.
