The Strange Calls is an Australian television comedy series based on a short film with the same title, produced by Daley Pearson and released in 2011.[1]
Outline
The series follows the adventures of a young police officer who has been transferred to a country town where the emergency calls get stranger every night.
Production
The six-part series, first screened on ABC2 in October and November 2012, was created, written and directed by Daley Pearson, and produced by Tracey Robertson, Nathan Mayfield and Leigh McGrath.[2]
