The Meltdown with Jonah and Kumail is a stand-up comedy television series that currently airs on Comedy Central in the United States. It is hosted by stand up comedians Jonah Ray and Kumail Nanjiani. It is filmed in the Nerdist Showroom at Meltdown Comics in Los Angeles. It first aired on July 24, 2014.[2][3][4] On February 17, 2015, Comedy Central announced that it had picked up The Meltdown for a second season.[5] On November 20, 2015, Comedy Central renewed The Meltdown for a third season consisting of eight episodes.[6] On September 23, 2016, it was announced that the third season will be its final season.[7]
