Plot

The group makes a bet over who can tell the scariest story at their Halloween party.

Killer Bed

Rigby decides to go out and get a new bed. But after purchasing it, he finds out some bad news. The company who made the bed accidently made a bed out of a murderer, Johnny Allenwrench. That bed was Rigby's new bed, after attempting to kill Rigby, Benson negotiates a deal with him, and he agrees to stop, after Benson gives him a job. The next morning as Johnny is watering the plants, Mordecai, Muscle Man, Skips and Pops ambush him and chop him up with axes.

Jacked Up Jack-O-Lanterns

Benson orders Muscle Man, Mordecai, Rigby and High-Five Ghost to smash the remaining pumpkins in a field. But one of the pumpkins that were smashed, was the wife of a pumpkin man, who vows revenge. While trying to hide, the pumpkin man finds them and turns them into pumpkins, and sells them in a pumpkin patch.

The Previous Owner

Benson warns everyone that the house will be revisited by a spirit that night, Jebediah Townhouse, the previous owner of the house, who vowed to haunt anyone living in his house when he revisits. Mordecai, Rigby, Pops, Muscle Man and High-Five Ghost, all pool in $20 each to give to the person who stays in the house the longest at night. In the end, Jebediah takes everyone and eats them and wishes the audience a happy halloween.

Production

Despite airing as the eight episode, it was actually the first episode of season five to be produced.[1]
