Terrence Olondo Wilkins (born July 29, 1975 in Washington, D.C.) is a former wide receiver and punt returner for the Indianapolis Colts in the National Football League. He signed with the Colts on November 10, 2003. He also played with the Calgary Stampeders in the Canadian Football League. He has 1,466 career receiving yards in the Colts franchise. He attended the University of Virginia and was in the NFL for 6 years.

Terrence Wilkins graduated from Bishop Denis J. O'Connell High School in Arlington, Virginia in 1994. Previously, he attended St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School in Alexandria, Virginia.

Wilkins was part of the Super Bowl XLI winning Colts during the 2006 season, beating the Chicago Bears.
