Teramulus waterloti is a species of silverside endemic to Madagascar.

Location
The Teramulus waterloti occurs in rivers, creeks, and streams in Madagascar. They are also known to be found in freshwater.[2]
Biology
The Teramulus waterloti is threatened by habitat loss. The range of this species expands from the Ifasy River to the Anjingo River. Prior to the mid-1990s this species had not been recorded from collections in several decades. It is very variously distributed over this region. While the Anjingo subpopulations face habitat degradation, exotic competitors, and predators. The northerly subpopulations currently do not face these same habitat loss factors. It is considered to be an endangered species. [2] The population trend is currently decreasing. [3]
