Techi Kaso is an Indian politician. He is a member of the Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh from the 13th Itanagar (ST) (Arunachal Pradesh) constituency.[1] In the 2014 election he came back to power once again defeating Tame Pasang with a huge margin in the 13th Itanagar (Arunachal Pradesh) constituency.[2]
