Te Pairi Tuterangi

Te Pairi Tuterangi (?1954) was a notable New Zealand tribal leader, tohunga, orator, carver and weaver. Of Māori descent, he identified with the Tuhoe iwi. He was born in Maungapohatu, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand.[1]
