Taranath Ranabhat

Taranath Ranabhat (Nepali: तारानाथ रानाभाट) is a Nepalese politician. He was elected to the Pratinidhi Sabha in the 1999 election on behalf of the Nepali Congress.[1] Ranabhat served as its chairman from the same year.[2] He has also served as the former Speaker of the Nepalese Assembly House. He is outspoken on his position that Nepal should be fedaralised into 5 provinces (although these should not be split along ethnic lines).[3]
