The Tamil Nesan (Tamil: தமிழ் நேசன்) is a Tamil newspaper published in Malaysia, and the oldest Tamil newspaper in the country, established in 1924. The first issue was published on 24 September 1924.[1] It is published in the Tamil language, and caters to the ethnic Indian community in Malaysia. It targets for Malaysian Indians or particularly Tamilians. It is published daily and approximately 20,000 copies are sold everyday in Malaysia. It serves its readers with a variety of political, religious, nation, world, educational and Tamil cinema news.
