Takako Sugiyama (born 4 April 1991) is a Japanese women's international footballer who plays as a midfielder. She was a member of the Japan women's national under-17 football team. She was part of the team at the 2008 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup.[1] She won the silver medal at the 2011 Summer Universiade. On club level she plays for AS Harima ALBION in Japan.
