Tair Airways, was an airline in The Philippines. After over two months of deliberation at the Civil Aeronautics Board regarding the intent to operate as an Unscheduled International Carrier, They finally obtained a Temporary Operator’s Permit last October 27, 2006. Also, the Philippine Air Transportation Office has already granted them an Air Carrier Operating Certificate that has a 12-month validity starting October 28, 2006.

The flight certificate was valid until Nov 2008. They never had any aircraft, or that was visible at Clark. They were planning to do Clark to Middle East destinations only. Staff were hired, the FA's trained. They were never paid, promised to be paid once operations started. Based on the training photographs, the FA's were being trained on plastic seats in a hall set in the configuration of an aircraft, not done in an aircraft simulator. The website doesn't connect anymore, and contact with the company has completely ceased.[3]
