Taavi Kotka

Taavi Kotka (born 21 January 1979) is an Estonia's government Chief information officer known for leading e-residency program.

Taavi Kotka (with Ruth Annus, and Siim Sikkut) proposed "10 million e-residents by 2025" on idea contest by Estonian Development Foundation in 2014.[1][2]

Taavi Kotka was CEO of Nortal (then under name Webmedia), one of largest software development companies in Baltic states.[3][4]
