Sue Monroe (born 13 November 1974) is a British TV presenter, actor and author best known for hosting CBeebies and playing Poppy in Playdays.
Life
Sue Monroe was born on 13 November 1974 in London.
Career
Sue voiced Poppy in Playdays from 1995 to 1997. In 2002, Sue became the first presenter on CBeebies, with Chris Jarvis, Sidney Sloane, and Pui Fan Lee until March 2006. She voiced Tigs the Tiger in the CBeebies show The Shiny Show. In 2006 Sue presented Wakey Wakey on GMTV. Sue now writes children's books.
Personal life
Sue currently lives in Brighton with her husband, her 3 children, and her dog.
