Stubbs Alderton & Markiles

Stubbs, Alderton, & Markiles, LLP is a business law firm headquartered in Sherman Oaks, California. The firm has worked in areas including digital media, internet, technology, consumer electronics, and entertainment companies and investment funds. In 2012 they opened a Santa Monica office and launched its “Preccelerator” program.[1]

The firm represented Skype Technologies from formation in 2003 through its ultimate sale to eBay for $2.6 billion in 2005.[2]
