History

Strategic Armory Corps was founded in 2011 when Mark Johnson, owner of AWC Systems Technology, acquired Surgeon Rifles. In 2013, Strategic Armory Corps acquired Armalite and McMillan Firearms.[2]

Locations

Strategic Armory Corps is based in Phoenix, Arizona,[3] and also maintains production facilities in Illinois, Utah, Arizona, and Oklahoma.
