St Peter's

St Peter-in-the-Forest is a Church of England church in Walthamstow, east London. The building was founded in 1840 as a chapel of ease to St Mary's Church, Walthamstow, though it became a parish of its own in 1844 and was assigned a cemetery in 1845. Though fire damaged in the 1970s, it was Grade II listed in 2009[1] It is sited in a small portion of Epping Forest[2]
