St. Xavier’s High School, Nashik, is in the Nashik Road suburb of Nashik, Maharashtra, India. It was founded there by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) in 1961. Students of all religions, races, and languages are admitted. The School comprises standards one through ten and prepares students for the Secondary School Certificate examination through Maharashtra State Board.[2]

Sports

Interscholastic competition includes football for girls and boys at the age 12, 14, and 17 levels; basketball for girls and boys at age 17 level; field hockey for girls and boys at age 14 and 17 levels; athletics (long jump, triple jump, shot put, discus); skating competition for girls down to the 6-8 years age group and up to age 11.

Other sports sponsored include karate, badminton, cricket, and swimming, along with chess competition.[3]
