South African Journal of Geology is a biannual peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Geological Society of South Africa. The scope of the journal is the geology of Africa and supercontinents related to Africa like Gondwana and Pangaea. Until 1987 the journal was known as Transactions of the Geological Society of South Africa.
