Background

Soulfire Revolution is from Bogotá, Colombia and Miami, Florida, United States, and first formed as a band in 2008.[1] The band calls Mision Carismatica Interncional (MCI) home, which is located in Colombia. The made their United States origin in Miami.[1] They make music in English, Spanish and Portuguese.[1]

Music

In May 2013, the band were signed to Sparrow Records, which is a major Christian music label in the United States.[4]

Revival and Aviva

On August 13, 2013, Soulfire Revolution released two albums one for the English-language market called Revival and another for the Spanish-language market entitled Aviva. Revival charted at No. 25 and No. 11 on the Top Christian Albums and the Top Heatseekers Albums charts respectively, for the Billboard charting week of August 31, 2013.[5][6]

Afterglow and Tu Luz Brilla

The group released Afterglow in the English-language, and Tu Luz Brilla in the Spanish-language, on August 21, 2015, with Dream Records and produced by the guitar player, Anthony Catacoli as his freshman project.
