Somnimage
Somnimage is an Illinois based company started in 1998 by multimedia artist Mykel Boyd as an outlet to release art, music and related artifacts. Their first project was a multimedia art show. Somnimage is an ongoing collaboration between artists, musicians, poets and writers.
In 2003 Somnimage started to release a set of recordings by The Hafler Trio. "Wolf Sheep Cabbage" is a box of three 7" records. In 2006 Somnimage released a limited edition CD by noise artists G.X. Jupitter-Larsen and Allan Zane. Mykel Boyd has shown his photos at galleries around the world, with an upcoming solo show at La Galería del Sueño in Barcelona, Spain.
