Some Velvet Morning (band)

Some Velvet Morning are a London based indie / alternative rock band. They have released 2 albums so far, "Silence Will Kill You" in 2007 and "Allies" in 2012.

Band members

Desmond and Gavin Lambert are brothers. They are with the label My Major Company, who operate via “crowd funding”, a new type of record label system. They raised through fans £100,000 to fund the making of their album. They have fans worldwide, and have strong fanbases in the UK, France, USA, Russia, and Thailand to name a few places, thanks to some successful gigs.

Don't Think

Don't Think was released as a vinyl single on 31 October 2011. The first 500 were numbered and the first 100 were signed by the band.

How To Start A Revolution

How To Start A Revolution is to be released as a download single on 15 April 2012. It has already been playlisted at Amazing Radio. It was used in the International trailer for the film Kick-Ass and is the title song for the British crime thriller Two Days in the Smoke.
