So Who's the Bass Player? The Ox Anthology is a 2CD collection of the work of the late bassist for The Who, John Entwistle. It features rare recordings of his songs, spanning from the mid-60's until his death in 2002. Included are songs written by Entwistle which were not included in some Who recordings, as well as songs which were rejected by the band originally.

The Album is a two-disc compilation of the late The Who bass player Entwistle's solo career is chronologically arranged, starting with the heavy first album, Smash Your Head Against the Wall. It finishes with some live performances and music from a failed cartoon series Van Pires which only shot between 1997 & 1998 ("Music from Van-Pires 2000)."
