Sinmido is the largest island in North Korea. It is situated in the scenic Pansong archipelago in the West Korea Bay. Its area is 52 square kilometres (20 square miles).Its is believed to be the main heroin and cocaine plantation in North Korea the drugs are primarily sold to Chinese citizens but occasionly sold to South Korea
