Shori Sato

Shori Sato (佐藤 勝利, Satō Shōri, born 30 October 1996) is a Japanese idol, actor, and member of the idol group Sexy Zone.

Personal Life

Shori was born as the fourth child of the family on 30th of October 1996 and was named Shori from his mother’s wish that he could win and achieve. [Shori is the word for win in Japanese] During his junior high years his eye sight became worse and he had wear glasses; now he wears contact lenses. He has two older brothers; one is six years older than him and the other’s age is unknown. One of his brother goes to Aomori University [青森学院大学] He also has one sister who is nine years older. ^[1]

Entrance to Johnny's & Associates

His mother offered him to enter the audition of the Johnny’s & Associates, however he was reluctant to go as the auditions were going to be held on his 15th birthday. Although he didn’t want to go at first his mother persuaded him by saying “If you take the auditions you can eat oyako don”. He never thought he’d make it in, however on October 2010 he received a notice he was going to be part of the Johnny’s Jr and enter the Johnny’s associates. ^[2]

School Life

Shori started his primary school in 2004 in April and enrolled at Megurogu State school [目黒区立碑小学校] graduating in 2010. On April 2010 he entered Junior high school [目黒区碑文谷にある区立第七中学校} and graduated in 2013 in March. In 2013 April he went to Horikoshi Gakuen, a school known for the enrolment of the famous high schoolers, and on March 2015 he graduated at the age of 18. He is now a business person and does not attend University.
