The men's 25 metre rapid fire pistol was a shooting sports event held as part of the shooting at the 1956 Summer Olympics programme. It was the eleventh appearance of the event. The competition was held on 4 and 5 December 1956 at the shooting ranges in Melbourne. 35 shooters from 22 nations competed.[1]
