The men's 25 metre rapid fire pistol was a shooting sports event held as part of the Shooting at the 1932 Summer Olympics programme. It was the seventh appearance of the event. The competition was held on August 12, 1932. 18 shooters from 7 nations competed.[1]

Results

A maximum of three competitors per nation were allowed.

Round 1: Three series to six shots - every target visible for eight seconds.

Round 2: Six shots - every target visible for six seconds.

Round 3: Six shots - every target visible for four seconds.

Round 4: Six shots - every target visible for three seconds.

Round 5: Six shots - every target visible for two seconds.

After the first round all competitors were eliminated, which were not able to hit all 18 targets. Only one competitor was eliminated after the second round, because he was not able to achieve all six hits. Five marksmen were eliminated after round three and three were eliminated after the fourth round. No ties were shot-off.

Renzo Morigi won the contest without missing any target.
