Sheffield Neave

Sheffield Neave was Governor of the Bank of England from 1857 to 1859. He had been Deputy Governor from 1855 to 1857. He replaced Thomas Matthias Weguelin as Governor and was succeeded by Bonamy Dobrée.[1]
