Schwartziella chesnelii is a species of minute sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk or micromollusk in the family Rissoinidae.[1]

Distribution

This species occurs in the Gulf of Mexico, the Caribbean Sea and the Lesser Antilles; in the Atlantic Ocean off North Carolina.

Description

The maximum recorded shell length is 6 mm.[2]

Habitat

Minimum recorded depth is 4 m.[2] Maximum recorded depth is 57 m.[2]
