Saint Francis School, Deoghar, Jharkhand, India is an English medium school at the temple-town of Baidyanathdham, Deoghar. It is affiliated to CISCE, New Delhi. It was established in the year 1970 by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Bhagalpur,[1][2][3] under the aegis of the Franciscan Friars (Third Order Regular of St. Francis)[1]. The motto of the school is "Let Your Light Shine". Francis of Assissi is the patron of the school. The school is famous for high academic achievements in the region and has very well-placed and eminent alumni working in the field of science, technology, business, entertainment [4] and public services. In the year 2016, a boy of this school was the Jharkhand State Topper of ICSE. [5] The students perform very well in national competitive examinations : IIT-JEE, [6] Medical entrance exams and Civil Services as well.

The school has two campuses : Primary wing and Senior wing, in proximity to each other; separated by a walking distance. The Primary wing has students from Nursery to class 5th. The Senior Wing is for students from classes 6th to 12th. It is located in the heart of the city in the locality of Carstairs Town.

The school is equipped with a basketball court, games field, computer lab, a volleyball court, exhibition hall, and science labs.

The school also holds various programmes every year. These are Sports Day, Parent's Day, Exhibitions, etc.
