Sacred Heart Forane Church (Malayalam: സേക്രഡ് ഹാർട്ട് ഫൊറോന പള്ളി തിരുവമ്പാടി) is a Syro-Malabar Roman Catholic church situated in Thiruvambady, Kozhikode District, Kerala, India. It is under Syro-Malabar Catholic Diocese of Thamarassery and Archdiocese of Thalassery. The church was established in the year 1944. There are more than 1000 families in this forane and about 5000 members, which is one of the largest church in Diocese. It is also one of the 11 forane in the Diocese of Thamarassery, constituting 14 parishes. The forane now have 14 wards and 60 units. The feast of the church is celebrated on the first Saturday of February every year. The church is abbreviated as 'SH Church Thiruvambady'. Organisations such as Vincent de Paul society, AKCC, KCYM, Mission League, Jesus Youth, are also well active in the church.

Time line
- 1942 - Christians migrate to Thiruvambady from Travancore (Chakkungal Joseph Vakkel, Aanakallungel Eenas).
- 1944 - Fr. Joseph Monthanari established Sacred Heart Church on 8 September 1944 and started first holy mass.
- 1946 - Priest House established by Fr. Zekharia S.J
- 1947 - Sacred Heat U.P School inaugurated.
- 1955 - Church upgraded to Forane, Sacred Heart High School inaugurated by Fr. Kerubin.
- 1956 - CMC Convent Established.
- 1969 - Kuishupally (St.Thomas Town Kappela) inaugurated by Fr. Varky Kunnapallil.
- 1988 - 'Fr. Kerubin Memorial' Parish Hall inaugurated by Fr. Aranjani Puthenpura.
- 1986 - Diocese of Thamarassery was inaugurated and accession of Mar Sebastian Mankuzhikary takes place at SH Church Thiruvambady. Ancil Bhavan Convent established.
- 1994 - Death Ceremony of Mar Sebastian Mankuzhikary takes place at SH Church Thiruvambady on 11 June.
- 1995 - Accession of Mar Jacob Thoomkuzhy held on 28 July at SH Church Thiruvambady.
- 1998 - Divide Forane into 11 wards and 53 units and Chavalappara Kurishupally was established by Fr. Antony Koyuvanal and farmers union 'Infarm' was started by him.
- 2000 - Sacred Heart HSS Thiruvambady established.
- 2002 - Two Mini Parish Halls established and divided Forane into 14 wards and 60 units by Fr. Mathew Muthirachinthy.
- 2006 - Controversy of Mar Paul Chitilapally, late CPM legislator Mathai Chacko and CPM State Secretary Pinarayi Vijayan.
- 2010 - Alpha Academy Started its headquarters in Thiruvambady.
- 2011 - Diocese of Thamarassery Silver Jubilee Year Functions held at SH Church Thiruvambady.
- 2014 - Alphonsa College Thiruvambady Started in Parish.
- 2016 - New Parish Hall Opened.
