SOGEPA

SOGEPA (Societé de Gestion de Participations Aéronautiques) is a French holding company owned completely by the government of France. It is one of the largest public bodies investing in European aerospace technology, indirectly owning 10.94% shares of Airbus Group as at 31 December 2014.[1] In 2005 the state of France owned 15% via SOGEADE.[2]

It was under supervision of Agence des participations de l'État.[3]

In 2014 SOGEPA became one of the major shareholders of PSA Peugeot Citroën.[4]
