Rusli Noor (born 1927), of Indonesia, was secretary general of ASEAN from 1989 to 1993.[1] He also served as Executive Director of the APEC secretariat in 1994.[2] He earned an MA in political science from Columbia University. He served as Indonesia's ambassador to Norway and Denmark.[3]
