Rudolfe I, Count of Ivois

Rudolfe I (Rudolf, Raoul) (d. before 946 or 948), Count of Ivois.

It has been speculated by Vanderkindere that Rudolfe was the son of Ricfried, Count of Betuwe, and Herensinda, and therefore also Bishop of Laon (as Raoul) from 936 to 948. Flodoard reports that Rudolfe was consecrated by Archbishop Artaud of Reims and was a representative at the Synod of Ingelheim.

Rudolfe married Eva (d. after 946) and they had three children:

Rodulfe was succeeded as Count of Ivois by his son Rudolfe II.
