David Brown (born 1983), better known by his stage name Roscoe or Scoe is a rapper. His 2003 album, Young Roscoe Philaphornia, appeared on Billboard's Billboard 200 at #148.[1] He is the younger brother of Kurupt, member of Tha Dogg Pound.

Scoe has recently re-signed with Priority Records through Doggystyle Records. On October 17, 2013, Scoe released his most recent mixtape The Influence, featuring guest appearances from Xzibit and Kendrick Lamar. The mixtape's production from Best Kept Secret, Bink!, Charlie Red 3000, Fingazz, Hi-Tek, Jahlil Beats, Jake One, Just Blaze, Mike WiLL Made It, Nottz, Statik Selektah and Tone Mason.[2] On November 11, 2014, Scoe Returned with his latest album titled "Scoe, Tha Influence Album", also the first project to be released under Scoe's new label 3D Shadez Entertainment . The album features Too Short, Kurupt, Kobe, Clyde Carson, Xzibit, KJ Konteh, Yummy Bingham, E-Note, All Star and K Young taking a more musical approach by using live musicians rather than producers.

Roscoe was featured on the "KushNWax Connection" YouTube channel, where he was video recorded passing out on the floor after inhaling a hit of smoked cannabis wax. The infamous "Dab" sketch immediately went viral setting the stage for "Tha Influence" mixtape which debuted at No.1 on the mix tape charts making Tha Influence album a must have for west coast rap and hip hop fans alike.
