Ronald Chavez (Born September 11, 1969[1]) is a retired boxer who competed at the 1992 Summer Olympics and is currently a boxing coach.[2]
Career
Chavez was among the 6 boxers who competed for the Philippines at the 1992 Summer Olympics. He reached the quartefinals but did not advance.[2] after he was knocked-out by Hong Sung-sik of South Korea.[1]

Personal life
Ronald Chavez is married to former volleyball player, Zenaida Ybanez with whom she has at least three children.[3] Chavez's brother, Arlo[2] as well as his son Ronald Jr.[4] were boxers.
