Richard Allen Lazzara (born 1945) is a judge for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He was in private practice from 1974 - 1986. He served on the 13th Judicial Circuit of Florida from 1988–1993, and was appellate judge for the Second District Court of Appeal of Florida from 1993 - 1997. In 1997 he was appointed by President Bill Clinton to serve as a United States District Judge. On December 17, 2011 he assumed senior status.
