Ricardo Hoyos Ángel

Ricardo Hoyos Ángel is a Colombian businessman and the chairman of Boyacá Chicó F.C. of the Categoría Primera A. In 2012, he attempted to proffer his resignation, but this was rejected by the club.[1]
