Biography

Lloyd hails from Porthcawl, Glamorgan. Lloyd came fifth overall at the 2007 Junior Tour of Wales. He was selected as a member of British Cycling's Olympic Development Program. He also rode the Tour of Britain in 2008, stepping in as a replacement for Ben Greenwood. In 2011 he finished 15th place in the Cintron Tour, Mallorca, but took the rest of the year off after being hit by a vehicle while out on a training ride. 2012 saw Lloyd's return to racing with the Metaltek-Scott cycle team.
