Remember: War of the Son (Hangul: 리멤버 – 아들의 전쟁; RR: Rimembeo – Adeul-ui Jeonjaeng) is a 2015–2016 South Korean television series starring Yoo Seung-ho, Park Sung-woong, Park Min-young, Jung Hye-sung and Namkoong Min.[1][2][3] It aired on SBS from 9 December 2015 to 18 February 2016 on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 21:55 for 20 episodes.[4]

Synopsis

Seo Jin-woo has a special condition called Hyperthymesia which allows him to remember almost every day in perfect detail. While his father, Seo Jae-hyuk on the other hand, developed an Alzheimer's disease, making him lose his memories. When Seo Jae-hyuk was wrongfully convicted of murder, Jin-woo vows to prove innocence of his father. Four years later, Jin-woo becomes a lawyer to put the real criminal behind bars but bribery, corruption, and betrayals would not give him an easy road to justice.

Using his superior memory, he was able to become the youngest lawyer in South Korea after dropping out of high school to prove the innocence of his father before he gets executed.

A lawyer with a hundred percent success rate but is infamous for fighting the case for the rich and powerful regardless of whether his clients are innocent or guilty.

Apart from Park Dong-ho she is the only one to believe Seo Jin-woo's father innocence. Now a prosecutor she believes in the ways of honesty and truth.

Lee In-ah's classmate and colleague. She is the sister of Nam Gyu-man and is quickly attracted towards Seo Jin-woo for his amazing skills.

The twisted and rich antagonist, Nam Gyu-man, is responsible for the crime for which Seo Jin-woo's father is wrongly accused of. He is ruthless and brutal in his ways but is seen to fear his father's wrath terribly.

Supporting characters

He is wrongly accused for the crimes of Nam Gyu-man and is sentenced for death penalty. He is suffering from alzheimer and is unable to prove himself innocent.

The woman who was murdered brutally by Nam Gyu-man, and Seo Jae-hyuk was chosen as guilty for his actions.

He is the obedient secretary and the punching bag of Nam Gyu-man.

A gangster who is like a father figure for Park Dong-Ho's but is subdued to the orders of Nam family.

Park Dong-ho's right-hand man.

The top rival of Park Dong-ho and In-ah's boss who after siding with the Nam family and wrongly convicting Seo Jae-hyuk for the crime becomes more powerful in his office.
