Raymark is a Canadian retail enterprise software company headquartered in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.[1][2]

History

Founded in 1989, Raymark develops end-to-end retail enterprise software solutions on a centralized database model.[3] The company's modules include software for retail stores and head office management.[4][5] Raymark's store-level applications include point of sale, mobile point of sale, and clienteling.[6][7] These applications can be used on mobile devices, for example, with 3,500 associates at Saks Fifth Avenue using the clienteling solution on Apple iPad.[8][9] The company's head office applications include inventory management, replenishment, merchandise and assortment planning, warehousing, CRM, reporting and analytics.[10][11]

Acquisitions

On November 3, 2015, Mi9 Retail acquired Raymark for an undisclosed sum.[12]

In 2011, Raymark acquired Retaligent Solutions Inc., a software company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Retaligent produced retail software for customer relations, including CRM, Clienteling and loyalty solutions.[13]

Raymark solutions are used by fashion[14] and jewelry retailers,[15][16] museums,[17] department stores [8] and specialty retailers [18] in countries including France,[19][20] Australia,[21] Canada[22] and USA.[23]
