R. L. Vaughn Center
Coordinates: 36°16′56″N 76°12′57″W / 36.282176°N 76.215956°W The R.L. Vaughan Center is a 5,000 seat multi-purpose arena in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. It was built in 1976. It is the home of the Elizabeth City State University Vikings basketball teams.
