Régis Amarante Lima de Quadros (born 3 August 1976 in Porto Alegre) is a Brazilian retired footballer who played as a central-defender, and the current coach of Boavista.

Régis played for Fluminense, Internacional and São Paulo in the Campeonato Brasileiro.[3] He also had a spell with Saturn in the Russian Premier League.[4]
