Prostitution in Mongolia

Prostitution in Mongolia is illegal but many women who enter prostitution are young women who are trafficked abroad.[1]

One of the major destinations is China, where the victims are forced enforced endenture to repayment the people smugglers to the "fee" to get them abroad.[2]

Mongolian women in China work as prostitutes in bars in Beijing,[3][4] such as Maggie's.[5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13]
