Progonos
Progonos (Greek: Πρόγονος[1]) is a word meaning "forefather" or "ancestor".[2][1] It may refer to:
- Progon, or Progonos (fl. 1190-1198), Lord of Kruja, first Albanian ruler
- Progonos Sgouros (fl. 1294-1300), Byzantine military commander
