Pram Point

Pram Point is the site of New Zealand's Scott Base on Ross Island, near McMurdo Sound in Antarctica. It was named by Robert Scott's 1902 expedition when they kept a Norwegian 'pram' (dinghy) there to get from the shore of Ross Island to the Ross Ice Shelf.
