Poly Real Estate Group Company Limited (SSE: 600048) is a large state-owned real estate enterprise held by China Poly Group principally engaged in the design, development, construction and sale of residential and commercial properties, as well as the provision of property management services.[1] It is engaged in residential and commercial property development and property management services in China.
Poly Real Estate is headquartered in Guangzhou, Guangdong.[2] It was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2006. As of 2015 it ranked no 3 amongst Chinese companies for cash paid for taxes.[3]
