Polska Liga Koszykówki (PLK), or in English, the Polish Basketball League, is the highest level league of professional basketball in Poland. The league is currently known as Tauron Basket Liga for sponsorship reasons. The league consists of 16 teams, 8 of which make the playoffs each season.

The PLK was created in 1928, and in 1995 the league turned professional. Śląsk Wrocław is the record holder for most titles, with 17.

It is run by the Polska Liga Koszykówki S.A.[1]
