Pizza Delight is a Canadian pizza restaurant franchise. Founded in 1968 in Shediac, New Brunswick by Léandre Bourque[1] and later purchased by Bernard Imbeault and two of his friends, its head offices are now located in Moncton. The restaurant serves mainly Pizza, Pasta, Salads. Today it has over 95 restaurants, and operates in Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada.

Corporate endeavours

Beginning in the early 2000s Imvescor Inc. (formerly known as Pizza Delight Corporation Ltd.)[2] began buying out other Canadian restaurant chains including Mikes,[3] a prominent chain in Quebec and Ontario. The company now owns and operates over 350 restaurants across Canada under four different banners. These include:

Product changes

The core menu of Pizza Delight consists of pizza, pasta, and salads, but the restaurant also offers various Italian-inspired appetizers and main courses.[4]
