Philip Seccombe is the Warwickshire Police and Crime Commissioner, representing the Conservative Party. He was elected at the elections for police and crime commissioners held across England and Wales on 5 May 2016. Seccombe, who also serves as a councillor on Stratford upon Avon District Council, was elected with 43,208 votes. His nearest rival, Labour candidate Julie Jackson secured 35,108.[1]
